Mytilene, Lesvos, Greece

Mytilene, Lesvos, Greece

Mytilene is built on the southeast edge of the island of Lesvos. It is also the seat of a metropolitan bishop of the Orthodox church.
Mytilini is not a town. It's a city. But it is an amazing little city full of life and surprises and if you are someone with a long history in Greece it may actually remind you of Athens or Piraeus in the fifties. The Island is famous for two products: olive oil and ouzo. Guests can take advantage of these items by participating in the Vrana Olive Press Museum, Village of Plomari & Ouzo Tasting land adventure.
