Curaçao’s Coastal & Country Drive

On this wonderful land adventure, you will see the beauty of the islands nature. Curaçao has a lot to offer when it comes to their natural resources.

You will leave town and drive to the west. First you drive through parts of the city, before arriving at the countryside of the island. On the way to your first stop you will see several plantation homes and old labor houses. Your local guide will give you some great information about the things you will be viewing.
The Boka Tabla is your first stop, which is one of the national parks on the island. Here you see how the wild sea meets the coast on a spectacular way. The waves are exploding on wild rock formations. Especially the power of the sea will amaze you and also the unpredictable waves are stunning.

At West Point, you will have a small photo stop from the bus, where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea at Playa Forti. From here, you will continue to the Tula Museum, which is located in a beautiful restored plantation house, where you have a nice view over the hills, the plantation and the Caribbean Sea. This museum and their guides will give you, in an interactive way, an idea about how the people used to live on the island, during and after slavery times. They will even sing a nice local song for you.

The next stop is the most beautiful tropical beach on the island, with its unforgettable azure blue sea and white beach. You can see the tropical fish swimming through the crystal clear waters. This is the most perfect place for making your tropical vacation photos.

On your way back we have a short photo stop from the bus at the salt lakes of Jan Kock, where you might be lucky to spot some Flamingo’s.

After this last stop, we drive straight back to the pier and to your SeaDream yacht.

Notes: The sequence of the adventure my change depending on congestion. Guests are requested to wear comfortable shoes and light clothes. Sunglasses, sunscreen and hats are recommended.

A minimum participation is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures and some have limited capacity.
