Ports

  • Valletta
    Valletta

Established in the 1500s by the Knights of St. John, this fortified city on a hilly peninsula soars between two of the finest natural harbors in the Mediterranean. A UNESCO World Heritage site, Valletta is defined by its sites of historical significance, with architecture dating back to the 16th century. Valletta is a pleasant and charming city to stroll, with little vehicle traffic and lots of stories to be discovered around every corner.

  • Trapani, Sicily
    Trapani, Sicily

Trapani is a city on the west coast of Sicily in Italy and was founded by Elymians. SeaDream docks in the center of town and allows incredible access for strolling into town or meeting the motor coach for the scheduled land adventures. The city is still important for fishing and is the main gateway to the nearby Egadi Islands. This Carthaginian and later Roman city is an exciting gateway to Sicily's historic, gastronomic and natural attractions, offering access to beautiful medieval towns as well as Greek archaeological sites. We highly recommend that you participate on one of our interesting land adventures and not miss the amazing sites located about 30 minutes by road from Trapani including Erici, Segesta, Marsala and more.

  • Cagliari, Sardinia
    Cagliari, Sardinia

One of the oldest Italian cities, Cagliari is the only Phoenician colony on the island that survived through millennia and took shape under foreign rulers who left traces of their epochs and cultures. Walk in the footsteps of the ancients at the Roman Amphitheater, carved into the Hill of Buon Cammino in the second century AD. Today, the island of Sardinia boasts a picturesque harbor and city nucleus surrounded by fortifications built by the Pisans in the thirteenth century. Explore the storied history of Cagliari through panoramic views from the top of Monte Urpinu. Stroll through the Old Town, rich in landmarks, including the thirteenth-century Cathedral of Santa Maria, built in the Pisan Romanesque style, and the Bastion of St. Remy, overlooking the historic Marina district, with its maze of narrow streets, ancient buildings, and corner cafés. Cagliari is your gateway to Sardinia’s natural beauty, including Molentargius-Saline Regional Park and nearby Poetto Beach.

  • Mahon, Menorca, Balearic Islands
    Mahon, Menorca, Balearic Islands

Mahón (also known as Maó) is the capital of the Balearic Islands of Menorca. The arrival by sea is really incredible as the Captain enters via a fjord-like inlet and then turns that yacht around and docks in the heart of the city. The capital has an interesting mix of old and new architectural styles. SeaDream has arranged four separate and unique yachting land adventures that include Golf, Kayaking, Mountain Biking and “Mahon Musts”.

  • Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands
    Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands

Palma de Majorca enchants visitors with its cathedral, an architectural masterpiece that presides over the destination. Visit the Old Town and admire the Royal Palace of Almudaina, before strolling along the promenade and dining on tapas and imbibing on sangria. Valdemossa, a beautiful mountain village in the Tramuntana Mountain valley outside of Palma, is steeped in old-world charm and a rich blend of olive and almond trees. It includes such notable gems as a thirteenth-century monastery where musician Frederic Chopin drew inspiration.

  • Alicante
    Alicante

Seaside Alicante sits along Spain’s Costa Blanca, the Mediterranean coastline that runs along the Alicante province on the southeastern coast of Spain. A holiday resort town known mostly to travel insiders, Alicante’s picturesque harbor and stunning golden-sand beaches complement its signature Explanada de España, a marble promenade lined with more than six million mosaic tiles. Alicante’s Old Town, Barrio de la Santa Cruz, is your pathway to the medieval Castillo de Santa Bárbara, one of Spain’s largest medieval fortresses, set on a hilltop with sweeping views of the Mediterranean.

  • Almeria
    Almeria

In the Andalusia region of Spain sits Almeria, hugging the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, undoubtedly one of Spain’s best-kept secrets. It’s here you can enjoy the best that Andalusia has to offer, most notably its sea, sunshine, and golden-sand beaches. In the Old Town, Almeria’s Moorish heritage can be spotted on every corner. Take in its vibrant food culture in the open markets, fine restaurants, and tapas bars. Hike to the impressive Alcazaba Fortress, one of the best-preserved citadels in Andalusia, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

  • Malaga
    Malaga

Malaga, together with adjacent towns and municipalities such as Rincon de la Victoria, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Alhaurin de la Torre, Mijas, and Marbella, forms the Malaga Metropolitan area. The important cultural infrastructure and the rich artistic heritage have culminated in the nomination of Malaga as a candidate for the 2016 European Capital of Culture. The internationally acclaimed painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso and actor Antonio Banderas were both born in Malaga.
