Overlooking the Mediterranean city, Barcelona is a destination that welcomes exploration. Vibrant and metropolitan, this UNESCO-Awarded city is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe. It is especially notable for its Art Nouveau architecture and the work of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi, which can be seen throughout the city. His best-known work is the immense, unfinished church of the Sagrada Familia, which has been under construction since 1882 and is still financed by private donations. Completion is planned for 2026. SeaDream overnights in this bustling Mediterranean city and typically docks downtown at the World Trade Center, just steps away from the iconic tree-lined pedestrian La Rambla boulevard

Palamos is one of the best‐preserved fishing villages in all of the Mediterranean. Nestled in the coastal region of Catalonia, known as Costa Brava, Palamos is famous for its locally caught prawns, served up in abundance at local cafés. The town offers scenic hiking paths, beautiful fine-sand beaches, and an historic Old Town, just a short walk from the city center. Take in Catalan culture and Costa Brava’s maritime heritage as you explore its many monuments and museums, including the Castell de Sant Esteve, a ruined castle perched high on a cliff, and the town’s Dali House Museum and Fishing Museum.

Collioure is one of the most picturesque coastal resorts on the Mediterranean coast of southwest France. With the backdrop of the Pyrenees mountains tumbling into the sea, discover its Old Harbor, impressive castle, narrow cobblestone streets, bijou boutiques, a special art trail, and secluded beachess. Collioure was first settled by the Phoenicians and Greeks as a trading port and over time has been occupied by Romans, Arabs, Spaniards, and the French. The Knights Templars built Collioure’s Chateau-Royal in the twelfth century, later used as a residence for the kings of Mallorca. Collioure has long been considered the birthplace of Fauvism, an expressionistic style of painting created by Henry Matisse and André Derain in 1905. Collioure is known for its salted anchovies, which are exported throughout France.

Cassis is a small port situated east of Marseille in the administrative department of the Bouches-du-Rhone in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur region in southern France. It is a very popular tourist destination and is famous for its steep cliffs (falaises) and the sheltered limestone inlets called calanques. The wines of Cassis are white and rose, and not to be confused with creme de cassis, a specialty of Burgundy which takes its name from blackcurrants (cassis), not the village here. SeaDream anchors in the bay and offer a land adventure to the impressive Aix en Provence. Other options are taking a local boat to the calanques, hiking along the coast, visiting some of the local vineyards, water sports, mountain biking or simply relaxing in a Balinese bed on the yacht.

Sanary-sur-Mer is a Provencal village located in the Var department in the Provences-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur region of France. Most visitors fall in love with the town shortly after they arrive. The harbor has several traditional wooden boats called “pointus” that are used by the fisherman daily. They sell their catch each morning on the harbor front. Market day is always a special treat so plan accordingly. The nearby village of Bandol has some of the oldest vineyards in France. It’s an easy bike ride down the coast from Sanary-sur-Mer. Other options include a land adventure to the nearby town of Castellet a typical hilltop village where you can explore and have a nice wine tasting. Golf at De La Fregate as well as water sports are also on option here.

St. Tropez located on the French Riviera quite simply may be the most famous resort town in Europe. It is a playground for the fashion models, athletes, movie stars, entertainers and other extremely wealthy summertime guests. There’s much to offer in this resort town, shopping, nightlife (Byblos hotel’s Les Caves du Roy nightclub) exceptional beach clubs such as Le Club 55 and Nikki Beach at Pampelonne. Nearby you can explore some of the hill towns and visit the award winning rose wineries. SeaDream anchors just off the break wall and tenders directly to the pier downtown.

Often referred to as “the French Pompeii,” Fréjus bursts with ancient monuments and a history that few seaside towns can claim. Here Julius Caesar founded the first Roman military harbor on the Mediterranean coast, and with its 2,000-year-old history you might just feel like you are in gladiatorial times past. Unmissable sites include the Roman Ampitheater, an impressive oval arena perched on the edge of town; the Roman Aqueduct, where channeled waters from the Foux and Siagnole Rivers meet via massive underground conduits; and the Archaeological Museum, which houses the bust of Hermes, the symbol of Fréjus. Take in the open-air street markets and cafés, brimming with local life and culture, and ask your chef to accent your evening’s meal with local flavors.

Nice is the fifth most populous city in France and the second largest on the Mediterranean coast. The city's famous seaside promenade, the Promenade des Anglais ('the Walkway of the English') owes its name to the earliest settlers to this seaside resort. Palamos - The Emporada Wine Route
Description
An extraordinary wine experience awaits you at Empordà on the Costa Brava. The Empordà Wine Route immerses you in the deep-rooted traditions of the area, dating as far back as the Roman times. Discover the secrets of red, white and rosé Empordà wines when visiting two famous cellars of this region.
The Eccociwine Cellar, within the Gavarres Nature Reserve, was built hidden underground and next to an ancestral farmhouse which names the property and the best wine, Ca l’Elsa. The medieval village of Sant Marti Vell reflects a bygone era and their cellar is the only one in the region of Girona that has recovered the vineyard cultivation that was considered thoroughly lost in history. The vines grow surrounded by pine, cork oaks and holm oak woods in a privileged natural environment. The young cellar was built approximately 10 years ago, however the processes at the vineyard reflect local ancestral traditions within a traditional and environmentally respectful lifestyle. A tasting is enjoyed of their fine wines before departing to the second cellar called Mas Molla Cellar.
The natural balance of the fields is basic for a good grape to bring out the best quality in the wine. This is the secret of the farmers wine at Mas Molla Cellar. The land at each vineyard marks the personality their wines; according to the altitude of the vines, the proportion of pebbles and clay, the slope and insolation. Summer weather creates a special vintage based on the temperature day / night, the north wind, the rainfall, etc. The Mas Molla Cellar winery has maintained a traditional system of making wine, based on sulfur (18th century) and old wooden boots (16th century). See how they let nature do the fermentation process making the wine of each vintage and each barrel unrepeatable and enjoy a tasting after the tour.Notes

Fréjus - Château d’Esclans – The Home of Whispering Angel
Description
Venture into the heart of Provence to visit Château d’Esclans, widely regarded as the world’s leading producer of premium rosé wines. Set amidst the cool hills of the Esclans Valley, this historic estate dates back to before the 12th century. Though only the original cellars remain from the medieval château, the land’s legacy is as rich as its wines.
Since 2006, Sacha Lichine, alongside Patrick Léon, former Managing Director of Mouton Rothschild, has transformed Château d’Esclans into a global icon. Their vision: to craft the greatest rosé in the world, and in doing so, they launched what many consider the "renaissance of rosé."
The estate is particularly known for its old-vine Grenache, some planted over a century ago, which is hand-harvested at sunrise and blended with Vermentino. The winery’s top cuvées, many of which are oak-aged, are celebrated for their complexity and ability to age gracefully.
Château d’Esclans’ most famous wine, Whispering Angel, is now a global phenomenon. First produced in 2006, this elegantly dry rosé—with its delicate aroma and bright, clean finish—has become the benchmark for premium rosé wines worldwide.
During your visit, enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the estate, including insights into its innovative winemaking techniques and the story behind its rise to international acclaim. The experience concludes with a tasting of Château d’Esclans’ celebrated cuvées, a perfect finale in this sun-drenched corner of Provence.
Created in 2006 when the Chateau was acquired by Sacha Lichine, this wine is dry on the palate, with great aromatic intensity, the nose is clean, perfect for a wide variety of dishes. Sacha’s ambition was to create the best rosés in the world, thus initiating the “renaissance of rosé”. New and innovative winemaking methods were introduced, changing completely the styles of rosés produced in this region.Notes

Fréjus - Esterel Hike
Description
Combine hiking and an interpretative guide on this scenic hike in the Esterel Mountains.
Your instructor/guide and minivan will be waiting for you pier side, to depart on this memorable hiking journey. Travel approximately 45 minutes, along the coastal road to the trailhead in the Esterel Mountains. There are 14,000 hectares spanning the Esterel massif that are protected by the National Forestry Office and the Conservatoire du littoral. Admire the amazing scenery as you hike viewing the range's volcanic peaks rising out of the sea like pointed fingers with a dash of colored red bricks. Their burned red colors sharply contrast against the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
Upon arrival at the trailhead, follow the guide along a natural path, becoming immersed in the peaceful setting and awestruck by the Esterel Mountain range. Discover a great variety of flora of the Esterel. You will be hiking on the adret (southern slope), which is very sunny and dry, covered with typical Mediterranean vegetation that has had to adapt to limit evapotranspiration (glazed and leathery leaves, etc.). The northern slope of the massif (ubac) is cooler and humid (microclimate quite close to the alpine type with the presence of ferns, holly, heather, etc.). The vegetation had to adapt to very poor soils: volcanic soils, hard and acidic, therefore not very degradable and washed away by the rains. Located on the border of the Var and the Alpes-Maritimes, between Saint-Raphaël and Mandelieu-la-Napoule, it is a protected site classified Natura 2000. The highest peak of the Esterel Massif reaches an elevation of a little more than 2,000 feet. Your hike of the Esterel range will be approximately 2 hours and light snacks (water, juice, fruit & cereal bars) will be provided along the way.Notes
The hiking distance is approximately 6 KM (3.7 miles), and 270 Meters (885feet) up & down. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and good hiking/walking shoes. Fréjus - Fréjus on Foot – From Roman Port to Provençal Charm
Description
Step into history as you explore Forum Julii, the name given to Fréjus by the Romans nearly 2,000 years ago. Once a prominent military port—even larger than Massalia (modern-day Marseille)—Fréjus today blends its imperial past with the charm of a Provençal seaside town.
Your guide welcomes you at the Port of Fréjus, where sleek yachts and sailboats rest under the sun. This modern marina was built atop the remains of the ancient Roman harbor, offering the perfect starting point for your historical journey.
Stroll toward the Old Town, following the historic canal that once connected Fréjus to the sea. As you arrive in the heart of town, let the cobbled streets and pastel façades immerse you in authentic Provençal ambiance.
Visit the remarkably preserved Fréjus Arena, one of the most complete Roman amphitheaters in Gaul. Imagine the roar of the crowd during gladiatorial games as you stand within these ancient walls. Continue on to the Porte d’Orée, once a grand entrance to the Roman city and a lasting symbol of Fréjus’ significance in the empire.
After exploring the city’s Roman heritage, return toward the seafront. A gentle stroll along the marina invites you to soak in the coastal atmosphere—perhaps with a refreshing artisanal ice cream or coffee by the water.
Your final stop is at Square de la Lanterne d’Auguste, where the remains of a Roman lighthouse recall Fréjus’ long-standing maritime legacy. A fitting end to a tour that seamlessly blends history, culture, and seaside charm.Notes

Fréjus - The Whispering Angels of Chateau D’Esclans
Description
Visit Chateau d’Esclans the world’s best rose wine producer for a private tasting of their Whispering Angels wine.
Travel by coach from the yacht through the Provence countryside to the famous Chateau d’Esclans. Situated in the cool hills in the heart of Provence, the original castle – of which only the cellars now remain – was built before the 12th century. In 1201, Gérard de Villeneuve, heir to a wealthy Marseille family, became the owner of the castle and most of the land in the Esclans Valley. Afterwards, these were then sold in parcels. It has been owned and run by Sacha Lichine since 2006. Along with Patrick Leon, formally the Managing Director of Mouton Rothschild, Sacha set out to craft a world-class brand that aims at producing the greatest rosé on the planet.
This Yachting Land Adventure offers the opportunity to visit this winery, most famous for its old-vine Grenache, much of which was planted in the early part of the 20th century. These vines are hand-picked as close to sunrise as possible and blended with equally cared for Vermentino. The top cuvées are then oak aged and capable of aging and improving for years. Esclans sells approximately 7 million bottles, with more than 95% exported, with the United States in the lead (65% of sales) ahead of Great Britain and France in third place.
The best-selling cuvée remains the Whispering Angels a benchmark of classic Côtes de Provence rosé wines. You will enjoy a tasting of 4 of their famous wines in the Chateau. Nice - Scenic Riviera, Menton & Perfume in Eze
Description
This scenic sightseeing tour will show you the French Riviera from Nice to Menton. Included is a stop at picturesque Menton for time at leisure and at Eze for the visit of the Perfume Factory.
This relaxing sightseeing tour will take you by the famous Corniche roads with spectacular views of mountains and rocky creeks of the coastline. Pass Nice and follow the middle Corniche forward to Eze, where you stop underneath the medieval village for a visit of the Perfume factory and have some free time to explore the handicraft.
Then continue by the middle Corniche surrounding Monaco and observe some amazing views over the Principality while traveling forward toward the Italian Riviera. Stop in Menton, the last French town at the Italian Border which claims to be the warmest of the French Riviera resorts. Menton offers a particular pretty sea border and a charming Old Town with plenty of cozy shops. Enjoy some time on your own here to browse the local boutiques, have a snack at a bistro, or simply relax and gaze out over the shimmering sea. Your return to Nice and the yacht, will be via another Corniche.Notes
