Green Juice Recipe
• 1 cucumber
• large handful of spinach
• 2 celery stalks
• 1 green apple
• 1/2 lemon, peeled, deseeded
• 1 small bunch of parsley, trimmed
• 1 1- inch cube of peeled ginger
Mixed Juice Recipe
• 1 cucumber
• 3 carrots
• 2 celery stalks.
• 1 red apple
• 1/2 lime, peeled, deseeded.
• 1 green apple

SeaDream’s original “Raw Food” menu option has allowed guests to enjoy healthy foods in a delicious and gourmet way. “Raw” refers to a style of food preparations in which all ingredients are raw, organic and vegan. To retain all the healthy micronutrients, nothing is heated above 118º F. Inspired by The Hippocrates Health Institute, SeaDream’s expert chefs created this special menu of delicious, gourmet raw food dishes.
